When you log in using your username and new password, do NOT copy it from our e-mail via clipboard or logging in will probably fail.
Just type the username and password exactly as you see them in the e-mail message :-)
Please don't send us emails that "the new password doesn't work". It does! We have tested all of them.
If you haven't received our email, something is wrong because we reply to ALL emails within 24 hours! Check your spam folder.
If you are our member or ex-member, you can naturally contact us (forgotten password, failed rebill, lost PIN code).
