Question: I want to join but the system refuses my credit card. Can you accept any other forms of payments? Is it safe?

We're afraid there's no way we can influence the payment system. All this is handled by CCBill - which means your payment is 100% safe (we don't have access to your credit card details!) but it also means that if you have any questions regarding payments, you have to contact CCBill.

Question: I want to cancel my membership but I forgot how to do it.

Just go to the CCBill website, fill in all the requested details and your membership will be cancelled.

Question: Are your videos legal?

Yes!!! All the featured girls have signed an agreement with us and their videos and photos are published on the Internet with their approval. Also all the models are at least 18 years old.

Question: I'm not able to play the videos.

All the videos are in standard MPEG2 format (HD resolution: 1280x720px). We advise you to use either the standard Windows Media Player together with the newest set of K-lite codecs or the K-Multimedia Player which can play about every format you can imagine.
